You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return your products free of charge. The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging, along with their labels and in perfect condition for resale (unworn, unwashed, undamaged or soiled).

2. Enter the email address with which you placed your order as well as your order number.
3. Once the request is made, you will receive an email with a delivery slip to print and put in your package.
4. delivery costs being your responsibility, you have to choose the carrier of your choice and send us an email with the tracking number.

Refunds
We will refund no later than 14 days after receipt of your package via the payment method used when ordering, if the return was made in accordance with the rules set out above.
Products created on demand
Products created on demand cannot be exchanged or returned using the method indicated above.
It is indicated on the product page if it is an article created on demand.
For these products, the shipping costs are your responsibility, you are asked to choose the carrier of your choice and send us an email to contact@girafonbleu.com with the tracking number of the package.
