Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return your products*. The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels and in perfect condition for resale (unworn, unwashed, undamaged or soiled). 
 
🇬🇧 Metropolitan France - procedure:
1. Make your return or exchange request via our logistics partner Sympl, just here 👈 
2. Enter the email or phone number you placed your order with and your order number
3. Select the return method that suits you:
 - by courier: choose your delivery slot, a courier will pick up the package at your home or office.
Or
- by colissimo: an email with the return label to print will be sent to you. you will have to print it and then stick it on the package. Next, drop it in the post office or the pick-up point of your choice.
*NB: for a second return concerning the same order, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

*We offer free shipping for exchanges. Not for returns.

🌍 Outside mainland France - path to follow :
1. Make your return request directly on our site, just here.
2. Enter the email you placed your order with and your order number.
3. Once the request has been made, you will receive an email with a delivery note to print and put in your package.
4. the delivery costs being at your expense, you just have to choose the carrier of your choice and send us an email with the tracking number.

Refunds
We will refund no later than 30 days after receipt of your package via the payment method used when placing your order, if the return was made in accordance with the rules set out above.
