Return request outside mainland France

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return your products free of charge. The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels and in perfect condition for resale (unworn, unwashed, undamaged or soiled).

Apply here and follow the steps:

1. Indicate your tracking number, your postal code as well as the detailed reason for your return,
2. We will get back to you by email with the return label to print,
3. Stick the label on your package and drop it in the post office Where le point Pickup of your choice.
